KKIDS_CELL × CAIS RECICLA is a project where creativity and social purpose merge to generate real impact.
Cais Recicla is a social workshop dedicated to involving people in economic distress in craft-based activities that turn old, discarded advertising tarpaulins into value-added products.
Developed by KKIDS_CELL, the creative and consultancy laboratory founded by Jorge Moita, the project promotes meaningful connections between communities, materials and circular innovation. Through hands-on workshops, participants gain skills, autonomy and confidence, while giving new purpose to materials that would otherwise go to waste.
Designed to highlight a significant collective problem, this initiative aims to foster cooperation, reduce waste and ultimately contribute to poverty eradication — benefiting both people and the planet.
